We have provided a wide variety of effective Marketing and Advertising services to the lake area since 2003.
Elite Marketing Options is a locally owned and operated company. Both partners were born & raised in the lake area.
Kevin E. Hunter focuses his efforts on developing and pursuing new business opportunities. He also handles all the day to day operations of billboard leasing and land acquisition. Kevin is the "idea guy" for new projects. He creates 98% of the logos and graphics for all print materials and websites. He has over 20 years’ experience as a graphic designer and 25 years as an entrepreneur.

Meet our staff
I decided to make a marketing library to host a pdf version of all the information you find in our website.
I also thought this would be a great place for my marketing advice.
I have had some interesting conversations with clients that have been in business at the lake since the 1970's.
Google definitely *Keeps me on my toes* when it comes to web designing, but I also have a wealth of knowledge just from listening to other business owners and their issues. I try to learn Everything I can, from Everyone. I cannot recall a time I discussed a topic with another business owner and it not been beneficial to another client in the future. Milestones
Our first marketing projects were for the area chambers. We published magazines for special area events like the Old Tyme Apple Festival and Hillbilly Fair, etc. For more detailed information and photos, be sure to visit our Events Magazine page.
Elite also produced a Vacation Travel Map for the Westside Chamber.
As the years progressed, we looked for other ways to benefit the area businesses.
2006- Began placing stands and signing contracts for the following years brochure distribution. We have brochure stands all over the Lake area, be sure to check out the Brochure Distribution page. We provide distribution to some of the largest companies at the Lake of the Ozarks. Clients like Big Surf Water Park, Jacobs Cave and Sugar Creek Mini Golf have been with us since the beginning. To keep up with technology (and to fill the winter hours) we invested in website design courses in 2006 and designed EliteLakeOzarks.com to promote our clients & -in general- the Lake of the Ozarks.
2007- Began building website for clients in the lake area. Further information is on our Website Design page.
2009- Began providing POS Gift/VIP cards to local restaurants. Clients for our gift cards and frequent diner cards include; Dog Days Bar & Grill, Wobbly Boots & Shorty Pants Lounge. View our POS Card options.
2010- Began providing a yearly supply of Hotel Keycards to the local hotels. Find out how to get your graphics on a Hotel Keycard.
2011- Developed our first smartphone app for iPhone & Android. Acquiring over 75,000 downloads.
2013- Began designing, printing and distributing annual Lake of the Ozarks Vacation Map.
2014- Began acquiring and building billboard structures in the lake area. Our first structure was on Highway 135 outside of Laurie, Mo. This structure has four 12x24 billboard faces. Get more information about leasing a Billboard here.
2015- Completed further education on responsive website design. We gave our site a new look. We can now offer a more advanced Website Design service to our clients.Began leasing two 12x24 billboards on Highway 5 in Laurie, Mo.
2016- Purchased an old office building in Versailles. We are working to completely reconstruct the inside and then revamp the outside. Constructed two billboard structures on Highway MM in Sunrise Beach, MO adding eight new 12x24 billboard faces for our rental inventory.
2017- Continued construction on office. Began restoration of an old billboard structure, converting it to four 12x24 spaces on Highway W in Lake Ozark, Mo.
This is our 7th time, since 2003, to completely overhaul our own website EliteMarketingOptions.com. This process of change happens after each continued education course
we complete. As we began preparing to convert the website to a responsive design while following Google’s new regulations, it started with the usual; compiling content and photos, adjusting keyword phrases and the competitor search and review process.
After viewing the Lake Area, Kansas City and St. Louis: marketing, web site design, brochure distribution and billboard websites, I discovered that next to none of them give any "REAL" information.
The sites are mostly filled with hype words and blustery sentences about making your business great, but never tell you how or even what their services mean/do/cost, or give a list of clients with a track record of years.
We have been guilty of this in the past as well, but decided NOT THIS TIME. EliteMarketingOptions.com will now be written the way we explain things at a face to face meeting with a client.
